Accessing Spam and Training Spam Filter


In order to access the emails currently in your Spam folder you can either use an IMAP account, or login to Webmail. One advantage of using Synergy Webmail is that you can also train the spam filter from that interface.


To Access Synergy Webmail Follow these steps:

1. Visit this page: http://mail.simplicato.com/ and enter your email address and password.
2. After logging in, click on the "+" sign to the left of the "Mail" section to expand your list of folders.
3. Click on your Spam Folder to view the message identified as Spam.

4. If you notice emails which are incorrectly Identified, you can select them and click "Report as Innocent" or "Report as Spam" depending on what the email is (this action will benefit your entire domain, and it will also move the emails to your inbox or spam folder based on your action).
5. Once the emails are moved to your Inbox they will be downloaded by any POP3 software if you use any.
