| Step 1: Tools -> Account Settings… |

| Select Tools from the program menu and then click the
Account Settings... option from this menu.

| The Account Settings window will open.
1.
On the E-mail tab, select the E-mail account you would like to
change.
2.
Click the Change button.

| Click the More Settings… button. |

Select the radio button “Choose an existing folder or create
a new folder to save your sent items for this account in”.

Expand your e-mail address by clicking the little plus to the
left of it – it will open into a folder tree.

Click the Sent folder (or optionally
any other folder where you would like to store sent messages – you
can also create one on this form).
2. Click
OK.
